Service Disruption on July 13, 2026: Slow Loading and Delayed Data Updates
Posted July 16, 2026
Summary — On the afternoon of Monday, July 13, 2026, some JobNimbus customers experienced slow-loading pages and a delay between saving information and seeing it appear. The issue began around 1:00 PM Mountain Time, was substantially mitigated within about two hours, and was fully resolved the same evening. Data saved during this window was stored safely the entire time; the delay was in how quickly it became visible, not whether it was recorded.
What happened — JobNimbus keeps your data continuously indexed so pages and searches load quickly. On July 13, a third-party integration driving automations entered a loop. The resulting fanout caused multiple re-index operations and backlogs in inter-related systems. The symptoms observed were from the indexes being slow to respond to queries from the web and mobile clients.
Timeline (MT): 1:07 PM unusual pattern begins · 1:14 PM monitoring alerts on-call, investigation starts · ~2:00 PM issue identified and mitigations are put in place · 3:20 PM primary impact mitigated · 6:54 PM fully resolved.
Post-Incident Actions
Additional preventative logic, as well as detection and mitigation mechanisms have been put in place to ensure no recurrence.
We hold ourselves to a high reliability standard and fell short on July 13. We apologize for the disruption and appreciate your patience. Questions or still seeing issues? Contact support.
