Calendar Functionality Disrupted for Some Users

We have received reports of Tasks on the JobNimbus Calendar failing to display for some users. The root cause has been identified and was remediated at 9.33am MT this morning.

The root cause was a backend security release that changed the behavior of the APIs serving the Task lookup. Alternate testing and remediations are are being undertaken to prevent future disruptions in this layer of the system.
