From 6:48 am until 7:24am JobNimbus experienced unexpected disruptions of our primary application as well as the Engage application. The root cause has been identified as a problem with a backend logging process and release process that impacted the application as it attempted to scale out this morning in response to morning traffic. Our engineering teams have addressed the root cause and stabilized the application. We apologize for the inconvenience caused this morning and appreciate your patience and support.

We also wish to apologize for the lack of timely messaging during this event. We have identified the reasons for these delays today and are addressing them within the organization to communicate more quickly in future. We recognize our responsibility for normal site operations and for communication during any disruption. Thank you.
